- 450 g Firm Tofu
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Powder
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Try and not drink it…it’s truly that delicious.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
