2large tomatoes
1Slice of lemon
1tin of tomatoes
4Cardamon Pods
3Bay leaves
1Butternut Squash
1Medium / large potato (cubed)
1Tin of chickpeas
1cup Raisins
3Chopped dates (can use date syrup instead)
1cup Almonds
2cup Fresh Spinach
Salt & Pepper to taste
Couscous to accompany
