These little crispy dumplings are just the tastiest thing to gnoc up (sorry couldn't resist) in your campervan. Perfectly complimented with the sharpness of a red onion, the sweetness of a bell pepper and a little chilli to spice things up.

500g Gnocchi (1 Pack)
1Red Onion (Sliced)
1Red Chilli (Finely chopped and seeds removed)
1Red Pepper (Sliced)
1cup White Wine (Or a good splash)
1Garlic Clove (Finely chopped)
1Handful Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese (or vegan cheese to keep it plant based)
