We wanted to make an amazing vegan burger without any "fake" meat so we improvised and came up with this incredible vegan burger alternative.

1Sweet Potato (Small or use half)
1Cup Gram Flour
1tsp Ginger
1tsp Turmeric
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
2tbsp Avocado Oil
1Handful Coriander (Chopped)
2Vegan Buns
Piquanté Pepper Chutney
3Tomatoes (Baby plum or Cherry)
1tbsp Piquanté Peppers (The Jared pickled type)
1tbsp Tomato Ketchup
