1tbsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)

1Garlic Clove

2tbsp Sun-dried Tomatoes (Jarred, drained and diced)

2cups Fresh Spinach (Roughly Chopped)

2tbsp Fresh Parsley

1tsp Salt (to taste)

Alfredo Sauce

2tbsp Butter

300ml Creme Fraiche (Or use fresh cream)

100g Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese)

1tsp Black Pepper
