For the pastry
150g flour
100g butter (cubed)
3tbsp water
For the filling
200g ricotta cheese
1bag spinach
1tbsp oil
2parmesan (grated)
1egg
1pinch salt

You can also add a basic tomato sauce (maybe leftover pasta sauce) over the top, and add some extra grated cheese for a really extravagent dish. You may need to cook in batches if they are not packed tightly in the Omnia oven (they may take longer to cook if more in the oven though!)
