2Cup Water
1Cup White Wine
1Tin Chickpeas
1tsp Cayenne Pepper
200g Vegan Feta Cheese
4Fresh Figs ((not the dried ones))
1Handful Coriander (Fresh)
1Lemon
Salt and Pepper

Make sure to turn off the heat before adding the bulgur wheat — it absorbs the water perfectly without going mushy. If fresh figs aren't available, dried figs work brilliantly too!
