Very easy naan bread
- 2 cup Self-raising flour
- 1.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic puree
- 1 pinch Coriander
- Mix the first 2 ingredients together, knead until smooth. Cut into 4 and roll out into thin rounds.
- Fry for a few minutes each side in a dry hot pan.
- Put the butter, garlic puree and coriander into a pan, melt then paint onto the bread.
