We are Lockie & Ash. Two Australians, currently travelling Europe, in our self-built camper van, Tommy. We love the vanlife lifestyle and the flexibility it gives us to enjoy the things we love. Lockie's dream was to live in the Alps during the winter, so we made it happen and spent winter 2019 in Kitzbühel, Austria, working and chasing powder. Ash has a love for cooking so is always cooking up a storm in the van and coming up with new recipes. These protein balls are a great energy source, with the delicious flavour of raspberry cheesecake.

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/3 cup Raspberries
  • 125 g Low Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence


  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • Roll into balls (about 2-3 tbsp of mix each). Should make about 6-7 balls approximately.
  • Roll into extra coconut or finely grated almonds.
  • Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
