  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Basil Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pineapple and apple (peel, remove core and chop).
  • Peel the cucumber and halve it in length.
  • Remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
  • Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If you require a thinner texture add some water.
