This 3 ingredient Oreo fudge recipe is super easy to make, and only requires a few ingredients, making it ideal for van kitchens. Also, you only need one pan, which saves on washing up. If you don’t have a fridge then leave covered overnight and it will set just as well. Creamy fudge, with sweet white chocolate and a biscuit crunch, sounds a lot like heaven.
Making fudge with chocolate is the easiest way to make it. There is no need to worry about a thermometer to measure the temperature, just stick it all in a pan and go. Keep stirring regularly to avoid it burning. As long as you use sweetened condensed milk you will get the right texture every time. It’s a fail proof recipe.
I made this at an AVG meet-up in Banbury. We had incredible weather for April, the sun was shining and it was a beautiful weekend. Whenever Mark goes anywhere he says people ask if I’ve sent him with fudge to share (although maybe he doesn’t share at all!) so I got the ingredients to make some.
While we were in the supermarket I was trying to decide what fudge to make and Oreo’s popped into my mind. At first Mark wasn’t convinced, but after eating the first piece he was certain. Oreo fudge is a recipe that had to be shared, and so here it is. I use the cheap own brand white chocolate for these recipes and it still tastes amazing.
If you do try this recipe we would really appreciate it if you could rate it or take an extra moment to write a comment. Let me know if you have any questions, or suggest any future flavour combos in the comments.

Recipe for 3 ingredient Oreo fudge
3 ingredient Oreo fudge
Equipment
- Large pan
Ingredients
- 1 tin Sweetened condensed milk
- 500 g White Chocolate
- 150 g Oreo biscuits (1 pack)
Instructions
- I like to start by breaking up the bars of chocolate into pieces, you can also break up the biscuits in advance if you would like. To avoid making too much mess it's best to break in a sandwich bag or tub. I usually just break them straight into the mixture when ready, but then I end up with Oreo hands!
- In a heavy based pan add one tin of sweetened condensed milk over a low heat
- Heat it through until it starts to thicken, you will be able to feel this, you will not need a thermometer.
- Add all the chocolate pieces and keep stirring as the chocolate melts the mixture will start to thicken and cling to the pan.
- Add most of the broken / crushed biscuits and stir through. Keep some to put on top of the fudge
- Line a baking dish with greaseproof paper
- Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly, add the remaining crushed biscuits over the top
- Leave to chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or covered on the side overnight. When ready cut into pieces.
