12:00 PM | GOZNEY PIZZA MASTERCLASS The “Hot & Sweet”  Pizza Session: We’re firing up the pizza ovens for the Nduja & Hot Honey Power-Lap. Spicy, sticky, and 100% turbo charged!

2:00 PM | |MAIN STAGE DEMO:  Nitro Steak & Ribs: The ultimate trackside combo. Fire-Cracker Skirt Steak Strips paired with Dirty Elote Corn Ribs. Learn the trick to cutting corn so it curls like ribs, finished with lime, feta, and Mexican spice. Boom! Nitro!

4:30 PM | THE “PITS” COOKING Q&A Let’s talk tech! From Induction vs. Gas to the best off-grid power setups for 2026, bring your questions and get your van kitchen race-ready.

SATURDAY: THE MAIN EVENT

10:30 AM | GOZNEY PIZZA MASTERCLASS The Breakfast Club: Fuel your morning with White-Base Breakfast Pizzas. Pancetta, ricotta, and a perfectly runny egg cooked in 60 seconds at 500°C.

12:30 PM |  COBB BBQ MASTERCLASS Korean Street Food Takeover: Gochujang Chicken Sliders. High-heat searing meets spicy korean sauce. Come grab a sample of these trackside treats.

3 PM | MAIN STAGE DEMO: BBQ Shrimp Tacos: Succulent shrimp in a Louisiana-style velvety, black pepper butter sauce wrapped in a charred corn tortilla. Fresh, indulgent, and legendary.

4:30 PM | RIDGEMONKEY MASTERCLASS: Halloumi Rave:Loaded Halloumi Fries with mint, pomegranate, and yogurt drizzle. Fast, fresh, and the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

6 PM |  BITEFEST SPECIAL Fried Lasagna Bites: We’re taking my Italian travels and turning them into the ultimate snackable festival bite. Crispy, cheesy, and legendary.


SUNDAY: THE FINALE SPRINT

11:00 AM | RIDGEMONKEY MASTERCLASS The Breakfast Rustico: The ultimate Sunday recovery fuel. We’re layering eggs, sausage, pancetta, and melting cheese into a golden, rustic masterpiece. Hearty, flakey, and absolutely essential for a hangover cure!
