I am thrilled to be heading back to one of our absolute favorite events of the year Vanlife Festival! This weekend truly delivers in every way: incredible community vibes, a packed showground of inspiring builds, great music, and, of course, great food.
This year, I’ll be hosting a dedicated Cooking Hub your go-to spot for leveling up your off-grid culinary game. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a full-time traveler, I’ll be running a series of live demonstrations, masterclasses, and hands-on workshops designed for cooking in and out of your campervan.

The Gozney Pizza Masterclass: Get hands-on and learn how to fire up authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using the industry-leading Gozney ovens.
The Cobb Masterclass: Take your BBQ skills to the next level we’ll be smashing out everything from Moroccan Lamb Kofte to quick-infused Smoked Prawns.
RidgeMonkey Masterclass: Discover the versatility of the vanlife cult-favorite toasted sandwich maker with three unique daily recipes.
Authentic Italian Heritage: I’ll be sharing the secret to Pallotte Cace e Ove the incredible vegetarian egg and cheese “meatballs” I discovered during my travels in Campobasso, Italy.
Between demos, come hang out for our Cooking Q&A. You can get a close-up look at our tried and tested cooking equipment, troubleshoot your van-cooker setup, induction vs gas hobs, or just chat about full-time life on the road.
