So it’s January and we all think about being healthier for the new year. Well me too but the problem is that I LOVE food and I LOVE cooking new things every single day!
You may or may not know that once upon a time, as part of my exploration of food and combating some dietry problems I trained for three years to be a dietition as well as a further year to be a personal trainer. Actually I never pursued this as a carreer as my love of food and eatin was too strong. The good news is that I managed to combat my dietry restrictions through learning this knowledge and I am still passionate about sharing this knowledge.
So here we go… who wants to join me on a mission to get healthier, lose some weight, gain some body definition and at the same time eat whatever I want?
I have put together my own personal fitness plan into a document that you too can follow as well as my old recipe book for some healthy meals should you wish to go ultra healthy. Personally I am going to endulge in a van cooked meal every night be it pasta, pizza, curry, tacos…. you name it and I’ll make it fresh and enjoy it guilt free knowing that my lifestyle fitnessplans will cater for any food.

Weight – 100kg ( thats nearly 16 stone!!!!)
That makes me feel pretty bad to be honest! I used to be fit and healthey with stomach definition and now I look bloated and I feel slugglish!
Does anyone want to come along on this journey and follow what I do? Join in? Share progress?
