Italian Immersive Wine Tasting

This is an immersive journey through the best wines of Italy, born out of my own obsession with the country's viticulture. I have hand-selected seven distinct wines that tell the story of my recent travels spanning from the rugged northern regions right down to the sun-baked heel of the boot and over to the volcanic island of Sicily.

From Region to Region

We’ll be moving through Italy glass by glass. I’ll be sharing the "tales from the road" the people I met, the back-alley vineyards I stumbled upon, and the authentic chaos of navigating an epic foodie road trip through the Italian heartlands.

Authentic Pairings

Excellent wine deserves the right accompaniment. We’ll be pairing each pour with traditional Italian nibbles the specific small plates that define each region. It’s an exploration of why these wines work, how they’re produced, and the unique heritage behind every bottle.

The Experience
