Culture restaurant received Falmouth’s first MICHELIN Green Star in 2023. Our menu is a story told over multiple courses. We make food inspired by our experiences: this could be a trip to a farm, a sail in the bay or a surf on the Lizard.
At Culture we really wanted to let the ingredients guide the menu and by doing this our restaurant naturally became more sustainable. Our food miles are extremely low with the furthest farm only 1 1/2 hours away. Our farmers bring in what they have and we work with this to really showcase our area of Falmouth and Cornwall. We mill our own flour, support local farmers, dairy and fishermen – therefore we cannot cater for coeliac, gluten free, vegan or dairy free dietary requirements.
Culture is the realisation of a lifelong dream between two chefs from culinary school who fell in love with cooking, wine and each other.
