Black Cactus BBQ is a London-based culinary venture renowned for its innovative fusion of traditional Texas-style barbecue with diverse global flavours.

Established in 2017, it began as a specialty coffee vendor before evolving into a celebrated smokehouse.

Now located at Burnt Faith Brandy House in Walthamstow (E17), Black Cactus BBQ offers a unique dining experience that combines premium smoked meats with an eclectic menu.

Signature dishes include the “Classic Cactus,” featuring 14-hour smoked brisket with avocado chimichurri, and the “Pull My Porker,” showcasing oak-smoked confit pork with hot crackling.
