- 200 g Strawberries
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 1 1/4 cup Quark
- 1 cup Almond Milk
Wash and hull the strawberries
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add more milk if necessary to achieve desired texture.
