  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • 1 1/4 cup Quark
  • 1 cup Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull the strawberries
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more milk if necessary to achieve desired texture.
