RASPBERRY CHIA CHEESECAKE BALLS
These protein balls are a great energy source, with the delicious flavour of raspberry cheesecake.

- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1/3 cup Raspberries
- 125 g Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Roll into balls (about 2-3 tbsp of mix each). Should make about 6-7 balls approximately.
Roll into extra coconut or finely grated almonds.
Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
