  • 200 g Chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Flakes
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chickpeas and tip into a large bowl along with the oil.
  • Add the garlic, cumin, paprika, lemon and tahini along with 20ml water. Blitz with an electric whisk until smooth.
