450 g Firm Tofu 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp Tamari 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Powder 2 Garlic Cloves
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Try and not drink it…it’s truly that delicious.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
