- 2/3 cup Plant Milk
- 1/2 Cooked Beetroot
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Apple
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
Wash, peel and chop fruit.
Use your blender or Zyliss Easy Pull and blend all ingredients together until smooth.
