Equipment

  • Grater

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Carrots grated
  • 90 g Coconut flour or flakes
  • 150 g Almonds finely grated
  • 10 Soft dates blended
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Cacao Glaze

  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Agave Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix.

  • Press firmly into your tub of choice.
  • Mix the ingredients for the cacao glaze together. Then add to the top of the cake mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours. Then slice and serve!
